Inferential Intelligence is a proposed capability for AI-supported systems that connect evidence, reveal relationships, form and test hypotheses, question causality and help humans discover what is not yet obvious.

Central distinction: G5 primarily generates; G6 must be able to discover, explain, undergo validation and remain accountable for decision consequences.
